This week we were very excited to take delivery of five very tiny and very hungry caterpillars. We are enjoying observing and recording their rapid growth progress. Next week we will be using the Julia Donaldson book ‘Monkey Puzzle’ to further explain the process of metamorphosis. Mrs Edwards and Miss Friske.

This week in EYFS we have continued to use The Colour Monster to explore our emotions. We have also introduced the numbers 18 and 19. Next week we will introduce the number 20 as well as looking at self portraits and creating our own. Mrs Edwards and Miss Friske.
This week we have been exploring a variety of emotions through a lovely book, “The Colour Monster”. We have introduced the numbers 16 & 17. Next week we will be experimenting with colour as well as further investigating our emotions.
This week we’re concluding our “Cold” topic and were delighted to be able to experience some really cold weather at the same time. When we return after half-term we are looking forward to exploring emotions, colour and monsters through a lovely book, “The Colour Monster”. Have a lovely break Dragonflies and Bumblebees.

In EYFS this week we have really enjoyed our panto visit as well as a lovely Christmas celebration at St Paul’s. Thank you for your support with this. next week we have lots of lovely Christmassy activities as we countdown to the end of term on Wednesday.
